Above is a picture of Arsene and I performing our juggling act in THE VAUDEVILLIAN, a play I wrote in collaboration with Kevin Kling.  The show was commissioned by the Southern Theater to celebrate their 100th anniversary in 2010.

This summer Arsene is mentoring my son Gabriel in Colorado.  Look for Gabe performing his one-man show on the Pearl Street Mall in Boulder this week.

On this Father’s Day I’m simply thinking about how blessed I am to have such a wonderful family.

Pictured above is the cast I directed at Disney World in 1992.  The show was part of the Disney Entertainment Arts Festival that took place at Disney Village in Florida.

I had an amazing cast of talented performers to work with.  To my knowledge all of the members of my cast are still working in the entertainment field today.  I am proud of every single one of these gifted performers.

Below is a photo of what I looked like at the time.  Notice the Mickey Mouse necktie.  I was so much older then, I’m younger than that now.

at Disney Village

My friends Reid Belstock and Warren Hammond, from the show SMIRK that I’ve been directing, met up with Gabe today.

I understand the juggling clubs were flying on the Globe Stage this Friday at the Colorado Renaissance Festival.

Here is my son standing on his dad’s shoulders on the Witchwood Stage at the Minnesota Renaissance Festival.  Notice that Gabriel is ready with his horn to help gather a crowd even back in the year 2000.

I’m sitting with the artist Tony Caponi after performing my Medicine Show in the Caponi Art Park.  Tony is 94 years old, and spent the last 30 years of his life sculpting it.  Every stone in the park was laid by the artist’s hand.

It was magic to perform in his park.
